TIME IS RUNNING OUT TO SAVE GRACE
3/6/2005 - 29/5/2016
Rest in peace.
Forever ten, forever loved, forever in our hearts. Our darling Grace took her final breath 29th May at home surrounded by her loving family.
Grace Kenneally is just 10 years old, and from Galway city. She was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma when she was just 5 years old, so has been seriously ill for half of her life. Grace is in 5th class in Gaelscoil Dara, but has already missed lots of schooling as she is undergoing chemotherapy for the third time.
Grace is seriously ill with this rare children's cancer, and needs to travel abroad for a better treatment or innovative clinical trial for her only chance of survival. Grace has relapsed three times from this awful illness and thus has a 4% chance of survival here in Ireland. Grace has stopped responding to chemotherapy.
The Saving Grace Trust was set up in June 2014 to fundraise to raise vital funds for Grace, and her associated medical treatments, as well as future medical expenses needed to combat the awful side effects of chemotherapy.
We are fundraising, as there is no central fund available in Ireland for Neuroblastoma.
Please help Grace get her curls back for good.
